Bespoke Club Design Service
Are you looking for a bespoke design completely unique for your club? With our dedicated team of designers, we can create a personalized design service to suit all your needs, as well as your budget. Working closely with our design team, we will be able to provide a selection of computer-generated images which meet your remit and adjust the final designs to suit your needs. As a bespoke design, you can rest assured that your design and colour selection will not be used by other customers and will be completely unique to your club.
Collection Design Service
Alternatively, you may have seen an existing design in our online shop that you really like. We can customize any of our existing designs present or past to suit your requirements, including changes to fabric, colours, sleeve length and crystals - the options are endless. Just let us know which design has caught your eye, and we will do the rest.
Once your design has been confirmed and finalized, we can then provide a sample of your design along with sample leotard sizes for gymnasts to try on before placing your final order. Alternatively, you may be familiar with our sizing and just want to go ahead and place your order - especially if it is an already existing design or a leotard we have in stock, in which case all you need to do is let us know the sizes and quantities you require.
Placing your club orders with us is simple. Just email us your requirements i.e. quantities and sizes, and we will send across an invoice for payment. Once payment has been received, your order will be placed with our suppliers. Minimum quantities for initial Bespoke orders is 6 items, however after the initial order there is no minimum requirement, but we ask that you try to place an order for 2-3 items or more at a time to help with the production process. Alternatively, if you would prefer parents to order and pay for items direct rather than via the club this can be arranged, just let us know.
Production times for samples is approx.6-8 weeks and for actual orders is approx. 8 weeks from receiving payment. However, you will be informed of more accurate timescales when your order is placed, as this does depend on the time of year and the complexity of the design. Updates will be provided throughout the production process, but especially when your order is close to completion.
Here at Darcy International, we value our levels of customer care and the quality of the products we supply, which is why if there are any issues regarding your club kit within 6 months of purchase we are happy to arrange for repairs to be made to the garment at no extra cost or if necessary a replacement item be provided as long as the damage is not due to wear and tear. Darcy Leotards has been established for over 5 years and has consistently supplied gymnastic clubs with club kits, so you can rest assured that your design will never be discontinued and will always be available to reorder for as long as you require.
